By accessing or using NextEpi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
To use NextEpi, users must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction.
Minors must use the platform under the supervision of their legal guardians.
3. Service description
NextEpi is a digital platform available on web and mobile devices that allows tracking series, anime, movies and other compatible content, including viewing progress, notifications, calendars, custom lists and Premium features.
Some features may vary depending on the subscribed plan or platform used.
4. User account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out on your account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.
- Users are responsible for keeping their information up to date.
- Account sharing may result in access limitations or suspension.
- Accounts created using social login providers remain subject to these Terms of Use.
7. Cancellation policy
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the subscription portal within the app.
- Cancellation prevents future charges.
- Premium access remains active until the end of the already paid period.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
8. Refund policy
Refund requests will be evaluated individually, in accordance with applicable law (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and consumer rights in the European Union).
- NextEpi may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Approval will depend on applicable local law and the specific circumstances of the request.
- Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds.
9. Acceptable use
Users agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Attempt to access third-party accounts
- Reverse engineer the application
- Automate access in an abusive manner
- Perform excessive scraping
- Interfere with service availability
- Exploit vulnerabilities without authorization
10. Intellectual property
All content, design, brand, visual identity, software and elements of NextEpi remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users do not receive any license for commercial exploitation of the platform.
11. Limitation of liability
NextEpi is provided "as is". We are not responsible for inaccuracies in release dates, streaming availability or third-party outages.
NextEpi does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
Third-party services may impact certain features, including:
- Catalogue APIs
- Authentication services
- Payment services
- Notification services
In no event shall NextEpi's total liability exceed the amount effectively paid by the user in the last 12 months.
12. Service availability
We aim to offer high availability, but occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or external factors.
NextEpi may perform scheduled maintenance without prior notice when necessary for security or stability.
13. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform or compromise the security of other users.
- Users can request account deletion at any time.
- Account termination does not eliminate pending financial obligations.
- Data may be removed or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Applicable law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to NextEpi's place of operation.
Where required by the user's local legislation, mandatory consumer rights will be preserved.
15. Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically.
- Significant changes may be communicated by email, in-app notifications or other appropriate means.
- Continued use after terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
